The Webb Lab is a growing, vibrant group of interdisciplinary researchers applying chemical and mass spectrometric tools to studying protein folding and the human proteoform and protein-protein interaction / structure / function paradigm.
We use a combination of native mass spectrometry, top down and bottom up proteomics, chemical protein labeling, and modeling to resolve the impacts of clinically significant proteoforms on the higher order structure of dynamic protein systems.
